A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final payment, making the process smooth and stress-free!

A $100 bond is required to secure your booking. This will be refunded to your bank account after the event once all equipment has been checked. Don't forget to provide your bank details for a smooth return process!

To lock in your booking, a deposit is required. The bond and remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before your event to ensure everything is set for your special day! We accept direct deposit or cash for your convenience.

Our delivery fee depends on your event location and site access. Any tolls or parking fees incurred will also be added to your final cost. Let us know your event details, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

Since we can’t control the weather, we highly recommend having a backup indoor location suitable for your hired equipment. Please note, we do not offer refunds for wet weather. Stay prepared, rain or shine!

Yes! After every use, all our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using a commercial-grade cleaner that cleans, disinfects, and sanitizes—so you can enjoy your event with peace of mind!

If an item is damaged or lost, the full replacement cost must be covered. We’ll inform you of the amount required, and an invoice will be sent—payment is due within seven days.
